Description
I require a database setup (access is ok) to handle the following:-On receiving stock :-
1.Record Supplier
2.Record Quantity delivered in Kilograms.
3.Record "Estimated" Quality and value as follows :-
Grade 5% to 9.99% @ $X/Per % Value.
Grade 10% to 14.99% @ $X/Per % Value.
Grade 15% to 19.99% @ $X/Per % Value.
Grade 20% to 24.99% @ $X/Per % Value.
Grade 25% to 29.99% @ $X/Per % Value.
Grade 30% to 34.99% @ $X/Per % Value.
Grade 35% and over @ $X/Per % Value.
Tests are performed to determine actual quality.
Upon tests then to be able to input actual %Quality value and database to place it in correct category.
Example if originally thought to be 15%, but upon test result it turns out to be 14.99%, then it should be moved into the 10%-15% category.
Stock is then packaged into a container and labeled with a 11digit code for that batch, during packaging the stock is re-tested for quality, weight, and also moisture.
The database should allow for 2 test results of quality to be input and then average the results.
It should then using the same grading table as above place a value of the stock using the new test results.
It should calculate the moisture content and minus it from the net weight.
It should be able to print out reports of the above data for each batch received or packaged, or a list report of a number of batches.
