Visual Studio VB 6
I need a suite of programs (connected via one initial interface) that compute measures of spatial variability as follows:

Global methods: Experimental semi-variogram
Local methods: Getis-Ord Gi*, plus the local variant of Moran’s I

Experimental variogram: To be displayed visually as a graph on the interface, and with an option to export the file in a .csv format.
Local methods: To be displayed as coloured raster grids, with options to export these as .asc Esri ascii raster files.
Attached is an ascii file for testing.
