Description

Hi,

We currently are filling in a printed A4 page form by hand for "issues" with customers orders. However I would like to convert this manual process into a MS Access 2007 database with form as a front-end. I have attached the form in word format.

The open and closed issues then need to be listed on a seperate page as well.

Only experienced access developers please and any communication must be in excellent English. Also no responses with "generic" responses as they will be ignored.
