Description

I have already made a Quiz management system in Visual basic.The problem is that the questions in it are inbuilt in the modules.i.e there is no database as such through which the admin can anytime change the questions or answers.
So,i want an admin panel where the admin can view all the questions and answers and can change them accordingly,as well as add/remove them.Also,The time for each question should be 1 and a half mins.
