Description

I am looking for a developer to complete a Visual Basic Application (Interface as been created and will need little modification).
This Application will :

1) generate two text files (*.INI) depending on Option Window Seting and a small database in a .dat files.

2) Options and main windows list must be stored a text file (*.dat) separated by commas.

3) launch a secondary application

If there is a sucessfull collaboration done on this project more will come with the same develloper.
