Description: I have a VB project which works as expected by interfacing to FSUIPC.dll within Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The task is to convert the FSUIPC.bas code to RealBasic code and to compile a RealBasic app that produces the same result as UIPCHello.exe.

The successful provider will be well versed with VB, declares, and RealBasic.
