Software for "Export Import Documentation"
This is my main product.
I have around thirty clients for the same in Bombay.
It is used by exporters to prepare and print Export documentation.
The formats of Export documents vary from client to client. So lot of
customization is required. Besides customers require various MIS Reports.
I have prepared different MIS Reports such as Total Sales Report,
Customer wise Sales, Country wise Sales, Product wise Sales,
Profit Report, Customer wise Ledger, Pending Order details,
Payment Received Status etc. as per customer specifications.
2.
"Inventory Management software" for a Bombay based
Leather Exporter where you can print stock register,
Product wise material used report etc.
3.
Another "Inventory Management software" for a West Indies based
company. Which produces following reports Inventory Valuation
Summary Report, Expired Stock, Near Expiry Stock,
SMOD Stock etc.

"BANK Software" which is designed as per specifications of an exporter.
After Export is completed Exporter submits the documents to the
Bank. Against these documents he can claim Cedit called
FBP(Foreign Bill Purchase) before the payment is received from
his client. With this software he can keep track of Bills submitted
to the Bank, FBP details, PC (Packing Credit) details, Forward Currency Contract details,
EEFC Account details and print various reports like Bills submitted details,
payment received details, partywise pending payment, PC Loan statement,
EEFC details etc.

I have also devloped a software for Invoicing and Delivery Challan

I have also devloped a software for preparing Purchase Order.
7.
I have also developed a software called "CashFlow"
It keeps track of Payables and Receivables.
Usually you get these reports from an Account package. but it was not
found suitable to an exporter. So this software was designed specifically
for an exporter. Where he can enter receivable amount in Foreign Currency
(USD, Euro etc.) and payables in Rs and the reporting have to be in Rs.
It gives various reports such as projected payables, projected receivables,
exact cash position on a given date which will be entered by the client,
this report will be printed date wise starting from today's date to
the entered date.
