Description

The software is used for our logistic usage (inventory, shipment and order). There are about 15 active tables, and 5 user forms that we have built our system on (VBA coding in MS Access).

Right now we are trying to do some minor modification to the software:
1. Our packing team will give us a list of shipped order numbers on daily basis. Once we import the order numbers into our logistic software, it will match with existing orders and send email notification to customers. We will need to customize the email subject of the email, to include customer user ID.

2. Within the email notification, there will be URL for shipment tracking. We used to have 2 different shipping service (With 2 different shipping company). When the notification email is generated, the logistic software will determine which tracking URL to be included base on the imported tracking number format.

Right now we have a 3rd shipping mode, hence we need to insert the 3rd URL into the email content.


These are simple modification. We are having further enhancements on the same system, but we will only offer to developers who are able to deliver.

We do have simple documentations on hand for the system flow. You may request for it if you need that for bidding.
