Description: Some programming that was done three years ago on an existing database was lost. We need this programming completed by this Friday. We need a field added to an entry form and the programming updated to accomodate the new field. We also need a report adjusted to include the new field. We have recovered the data side which includes the tables. The tables side reflects the new field and apppropriate attributes. There may be a few other changes that were made that affect the form and report, but they would have been minor. But they may come out of the wood work and need to be addressed once this field is added.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT SOMEONE CAN ALLOCATE THEIR TIME TO THIS UNTIL IT IS DONE. WE NEED THIS DONE WITHIN 2 DAYS (TODAY IS WEDNESDAY; WE NEED IT BY FRIDAY AT THE LATEST.)
