Description

I am looking for a programmer to come aboard to finish up a project that one of my programmers is unable to complete.

The requirements are complete and I will share this document with the successful bidder.

The program is an EXE program that will generate another EXE file with am embedded PDF document. To open the PDF document the user must provide an encrypted key that is based off of the users machine ID, MAC ID and other identifies that I will share with you upon successful acceptance of the project.

I have a due date for this in the next couple of days. Assuming you can complete a project for me successfully I will be willing to provide additional work at a later date.

Also - I need someone that has done work similar to PDF in the past. I've pulled in other programmers this week and they said they could do it where I found out they had no clue on how to do the PDF functions.

Hi, I know How to make PDF file programmatically and confident to generate PDF file which can be viewable in any version of Adobe or other PDF Viewer. First you have to explain me in details the requirements.
