I have worked on some of the largest SQL Server 2000 and 2005 servers in the world for MGM Mirage, Wynn, General Motor, and several fortune 500 companies. I have worked with General Motor's Oracle 9.2 legal database system, so I have extensive experience with databases that handle over 40+k transactions a second and databases 3+ TB for both Oracle and SQL Server. I have over 8 years of experience working with SQL Server. I was also the lead performance developer on the MGM Mirage SQL Server 2005 systems for the vendor IGT, which utilizes several linked servers and replication. I also have experience working with over 10 filegroups. I am the architect of several high-availability/low downtime solutions utilizing replication/database mirroring. I also have 6 years worth of experience working in .NET C#/VB.NET application; however, I do not design Web GUI interfaces. I currently work as the Database Systems Manager at Station Casinos managing over 100 servers, 170+ databases, and over 20+TB of data.
