Description

I need an Access Database created for a local gyms membership fees.

I have to be honest, we are not sure if we have made a good description here, so if you have any questions or feedback, please ask.
Please type I HAVE READ this in your BID, as I know some people just bid without reading the project.

DESCRIPTION OF DATABASE AND REQUIRED FIELDS:
Customer ID Number (Unique Field)
Customer FirstName
Customer LastName
Customer Address
Customer Phone Number
Customer photo
Option, This is which option the customer has paid for i.e. gym, mma class, boxing class (There may be more than one option in this field)
Date paid
Amount paid
Date of expiry.
A Reminder, this would flag up on screen maybe to let us know when someone is due to pay.
