Well i think you should also include the structure of customer table in the access.txt (attached file) because if you have customer than most probably his/her Email ID should be there in the database table. As soon as user select (Email) then that ID will be used to send an email. Also if you want that Email report will be send via Outlook then inform us or you will send them manually by typing Email ID in any other way. Whatever the situation this is the work which i could do easily.
