Hi everybody!

Here is my site homepage http://www.gapysphoto.com/
There are "English site" and "Polska strona" (for Polish site) links, that direct the viewer into the website (to galleries etc), with Info in bothe languages, as the link addresses.

It looks very weird, and is NOT visible to the viewer (ENG viewer chooses ENG site, and PL viewer chooses PL site).

What I need is:

1. Small English and Polish flag signs, instead of the awful text links
2. Both put in the top corners of the dark grey area - ENG flag on the left, and PL flag on the right
3. The same placement on each of remaining pages (and there are 5 + 2 customized) - ALTHOUGH on every page, besides Home, there is a black stripe created for the Menu of the site, and I want the flag symbols to be on the same directions as on Homepage (right and left up), so they will have been put on the black "stripe". They must be the same placement on all pages
4. You WILL HAVE to work NOT directly on the server File Manager, BUT in Word doc. files (which are copied from the server), as on EVERY page there are Polish signs (Letters), and I have to copy and paste the final version directly with the ready to use flag symbols links. You can only work on Homepage and 1 of other pages, with the black stripe, probably on this one http://www.gapysphoto.com/section48049.html
5. You will receive all server login details, as well as the doc. to add the new info. You can do anything what You want when placing the flag symbols files on the server, and creating the links to them. THEY only must work well, and be the placement I specified above.
6. I offer $100, as this is a rather easy job for anyone, that knows how to do it. However, if You finish it in 2-3 days from the moment I choose You, I can send You a bonus (maybe $20-30)

I suppose it is only creating the code for 1 page, and use it for all, as the black stripe is the same placement on the top of grey area, as on Homepage. So I suppose it is only making the code and links to get the top right and left corners placement, and copying it to other Word documents. I am not a specialist, but I think it is done so.
