Description

This project is to take an small existing working application I wrote in Visual Basic 6 and convert it to a project in VB.Net 2008 Express Edition that compiles and operates the same.

This will require a strog working knowledge of VB6 and VB.Net.

Two of the original classes for creating a system tray popup menu are now redundent as they are very specific to VB6 but VB.Net supports the functionality they provided fairly simply (e.g. http://www.devasp.net/net/articles/display/375.html).

Other than recoding that part it should just be conversion issues to do with type declarations and Windows API calls.

The component requires two commercial external com dlls to compile which I can provide.

I would think this is about 1 to 2 days work for someone who know what they are doing with VB.

Let me know the detail of project. Conversion between VB6 to 2008 is relatively easy. And you dont need to worry about System Tray part as it is a very simple code in .NET. Let me know.
