Hi, I will do the job for you at the same price that you paid previously. I estimate that it will take 4 days but I will be able to make a more accurate assessment once I start. Obviously it also depends on how quickly you can get the 2400 pages to me. I don't think there is a way to automatise the date of birth but when you have them all I will enter them onto the sheet for you included in this price. I wasn't too sure about the CA columns - for example, in your 1st entry it looks like there should be 412 for CA2002 but you have x. Can you clarify please? Looking forward to working for you. I can develop the new sheet by sorting the data from the untitled sheet and bring all the company names with date of birth of the owner together once I populate all the data in the synthetic sheet and like to change the format of the sheet so that it becomes easier to browse through the data. I presume it can be finished in 5 days but I can give you a exact time frame once I have started working on it.

Hi, I have gone thru all the files, and can create an excel sheet containing all the required info. I am a post graduate in Statistics with a diploma in computer applications. Hello: I have already developed VBA Add-Ins for Excel which automatically carries out everything that is specified in your very precisely formulated requirements. Let me describe algorithm. 'Name' value always is on A1 cell. For other fields the exact and preliminary pattern searching are used. For example, firstly 'Téléphone:' is searched, if not exist then 'Téléphone' pattern is used. If not found then error message is appeared (manual check is required). If found then the string array with additional separator is created from shifted cells at the left or/and below relative to the found key cell. It is because the cells can be joined and/or formatted with or without usage of spaces. After that array from string is created and analyzed. As a result the date of birth is successfully extracted from 'Gérant:' as well as all years from 'Date de clôture de l'ex.' and its corresponding values of 'Chiffres d'affaires nets' row. The result is written in Synthetic.xls One click of the button is now required for me for all described above. Please, let me do this work for you. Regards, Vladimir.
