Description: I need a small app developed that has textbox for:
-proxy
-port
-username
-password

the app needs to be able to change IE7 proxy settings to use the proxy and enable the proxy. It then needs to open small invisible IE7 window and connect to proxy by putting username/password into prompt box so that it is saved into IE7 session so I can then Open up IE and browse internet which is connected to proxy already and I won't get prompt for username/password because the application would have already done that.

I have premade application of this kind. You can change the Proxy and the port as well as turn on/off the proxy.
