Description:	This project is a very small project which should be quick and easy for you. There are 2 componants, client app as well as an IIS 6.0 web service. Both componants must be built in VB.net 2003 and have the source code delivered to me. Client App: A simple client app that has 3 inputs: Username, Password, File-To-Upload. The app should allow a person to fill in the information which is then sent to the Web Application. The client should first authenticate username/password, and if that is successful, then upload a file. If authentication fails, a message should popup saying "Bad username or password". Web service: This is a simple ASP.net v1.1 web service that accepts first the authentication from client and then a file that is uploaded. The ASP.net web app will look in a simple MSSQL database record for "username" and "password" and, if both match, it will allow a file (ONLY with extentions .gif, .jpg, ONLY 500k or less) to be uploaded. If there is a username/password error, it will not accept a file to be uploaded. The file that gets uploaded must automatically be named to "username.gif" where username= the person's username. It should replace any existing file with that name. That is it! I am looking to get this built ASAP.
