Description

Need a menu-driven Media Player application. The application should be able to recognize its data folder organized into chapters. When application is launched it will create a menu from the names of the media (video/audio) files housed in individual sub-folders. The names will be listed in the right sequence (alphabetically or numerically) based on the first few characters of the file name(s). When a name is selected from the menu it will play the media file and also display the text contents of a like-named text file within the same chapter (sub-folder). In case of missing text file, proper error-handling will be used. The text from the text file should be displayed within the form while the media file could be allowed to open in separate window of its own. The requiremet is to use a default 3rd party media player (VLC) with configuration options to select any other media player as well. The interface should be professionally good-looking with great quality icons, color and graphics, etc. More details will be provided later.
