Description

This application is for PC integration into our Asterisk PBX. It needs to do a few basic things:

1. Show status of all queues and extensions, extensions on calls, how long they have been on the call, number talking to, inbound or outbound call etc
2. When the user's extension rings, pops up the number on the PC and searches our MSSQL DB for the number, displaying the possible caller names if found in our DB

You MUST have your own Asterisk system if you are going to develop this for us (AsteriskNOW is free and can be set up in less than 30 mins), and preferably have Asterisk API development experience.

It needs to be written in Windows forms and VB using VS2008 and .NET 3.5.

What asterisk version do you use? My own asterisk is 1.4 version running on VMWare box. The method will involve PHP-AGI which will push the asterisk event on a web service which will be accessed by your VB.NET code. This will be a real-time event detection.
