Requirements:

1. I would like to have the VB file modified so that every time the "Submit" button is clicked, the record "XYZ" and the date is entered into the database (file name L1.accdb) fields "Course Code" and "The Date" respectively.

2. Can you debug the project to make sure it's error-free?

3. Also, but less importantly, would it be possible to modify the calendar extender control so it displays only months, and not the days of the month?
