Description

We require a tool written in VB.NET which can extract and sync email with an MS Exchange (2003 and 2007) server via MAPI and POP (POP is optional) and an SQL server.

You will work with us on the database design. The tool must be able to easily do incremental updates without having to scan all emails in the mailbox(es), must have a way to store only one copy of emails and attachments that are identical even if they are in multiple mailboxes or emails.

The tool should ideally be able to run as a service, should have a front end to allow an administrator to set up user name and password and server name / IP address, and the app must be able to impersonate another user. Other settings can be in a config file, but any passwords must be stored encrypted.

Please do not bid if you are going to offer an existing tool like EXMERGE as a solution. Further details will be provided to interesting bids.

Hello I am an experienced developer with a stromg understanding of MS exchange SDK. I believe to create this tool we will have to use the SDK as natively allows to logon to your exchange using your Active Directory profile. Or this can be developed using the MAPI Collaboration Data Objects (CDO). I would love to discuss the project in detail. Don't hestitate to contact me Regards Lucky
