| Can help you with this... All we would need is the location where the files are stored (Or let us know if you'd like to input that yourselves for your comfort). Also, I think that the output file you've provided is the illustration of what you want. I guess you'd want the actual data from the 60 files and not the text "Cell to the right of "Trade reg. nbr:" etc. that you've mentioned. So I think that the pointer would be in the input files? | I can write an Excel macro for you that will open every workbook in a given directory, find the eight pieces of data you have described (Name, ID, and both Liquid Assets and Receiveables as of 12/31/06, 12/31/05, and 12/31/04) in each tab of each workbook, and write those eight data fields to a separate row of a new spreadsheet. I would ask you to send me a couple of complete workbooks so that I can ensure that my macro correctly handles your actual data -- or, you could send me all of the workbooks and I will produce the full output file for you.
