This project only pays $30
I want to see the work completed BEFORE I will award the project
The work is to be completed within a few hours after awarding
For the winner, I will create a seperate project and award that project to them

If you are not OK with any of the above: then don't bid

The work is very simple for anyone who has VBA + Excel experience

I have an existing Excel spreadsheet
It does a few simple text manipulations

I want to have a few minor bugs fixed + add some minor enhanced functionality

I will be happy to pay a bonus of $20 if you can optimise the spreadsheet and make work faster

I am an Excel expert, but looking at your requirements it's clear that MS Access would be much better for your project. Whatever you prefer though. I've bid higher seeing as you have quite a few requirements on your list. Repositioning logos and addresses would be accomplished with drag and drop functionality (In MS Access).
