I have attached the current macros. The problem I have is I don’t want the selecting, cutting and pasting to be in specific cells (see *macro.txt attachments) I want it to sort the columns as noted then make sure that Any records without PHONE_H populated move data from phone fields that have the data and populate the PHONE_H with the numbers and make sure all records that don’t have data in the PHONE_W field b. Basically once sorted make sure all records that the PHONE_H and PHONE_W are populated if possible and if they can (other fields have numbers) then have the PHONE_W populate with one of the next number. Also any records that do not have 10 digit phone numbers in the PHONE_H after cleaned and corrected should be deleted and save in a separate file.
The database file (.dbf) is the output file(starting point for formatting), but in both Macros this is the file that is Open and after correction it is saved as a .csv file.

You open the database file (.dbf) in Excel, Sort the data. Where Phone _H is blank you move the next available Phone number into that column, where Phone_W is blank move the next available Phone Number into that column. Move the Phone_1 to Phone_6 over to fill in any blanks in PHONE_H (Example: if no Phone_h exists, Phone_w moves to Phone_H.

In addition any Phone_H numbers that do not contain 10 digits are removed from the database and stored in a separate CSV file.

We would need a sample of your work in executing a similar process on a different set of data for your protection. We will pay half up front and rest at delivery of working macros. Should be a very simple job. More to come if we can get a good person.
