Description

We have created a mailbox on exchange server 2007 that is accessible to a branch of Outlook 2003/2007 users. In the shared tasks of that mailbox, we have a custom task form, that each person can set their own view for based on the fields in the custom form. This contains a global list of all matters. We have set that folder to only use that custom form. Basically, there are a couple of fields in the form, whereby in the main tasklist view we would like to see those fields in multiple lines - in the current view, it only shows the first fields in multi line view. Similar to using word wrap in excel. We would then like to be able to print in table view using those multi lines. The problem we have at present, is that table view print only prints one line per task and if you want task details, you print in Memo form. When you are talking about a list of tasks 50 -100 long, the memo view is out of the question, however, the table view does not show the longer fields as word wrap. I have attached some images as a guide. Lastly, we would also like any reference to a calendar in this custom form to be a drop and pick calendar. Thank you!!

This can be solved by setting up the form field properties combined with VBA code as well.
