Description

I want to have someone write a vba code, to parse a MS Word-generated html into excel spreadsheet fields.

1. The MS word file has serveral fields for each data item, need to parse the html file and extract the data into a spreadsheet
2. Need to preserve formatting information for three of the fields, such as the hyper link and table, italic and bold fonts.

Need you to have strong vba experience and html knowledge, I already some codes that you may use as reference.
