Description:	questionnaires/survey: The presentation of this needs to look good...not a boring spreadsheet, the kids will have to click on the answer they think is best suited. I have attached the questions with the answers in this document along with a logo. Around 2000 children will be taking this survey, the survey or the link to the survey will be put on a website...I want the kids to be able to open it by clicking on it and answering the questions. once i think everyone have completed it i want to be able to see the results in a table to see how many kids voted for each answer. The results sheet will have to have a password on it so non of the kids can delete it. the spreadsheet/database will have to be made so that more than 1 person can be on it at one time without it overwriting any one elses results.
