Description:	I have a custom made Access database and I need some revisions to it. I will supply the Access database to you and you agree to: 1) Daily updates regarding progress 2) During my testing of the database, correct any and all issues. Including fixes that I see are necessary. Here is what needs to be done: Fixes to existing database: • Change the word “Town” on entire database to “City” • Fix formatting issues when Print – right hand side is cutting off logo and last column to be printed (Customer Report) • Fee should not have a “$” anymore it should just be a digit (example: 0, 10, 13, etc.) • Miles should not have a decimal point anymore it should just be a digit (example: 8, 13, 27, etc.) Customer Search: • Delete “Street Search” – replace with “Area Code Search” Enter New Customer: • Phone area – can we have it automatically add the “-“ so it doesn’t need to be typed? (Example if you type 610-555-1212, all the user needs to input is 6105551212; the “-“ is added automatically) On main Switchboard add: Administration button Administration Area (password protected): • Export entire database to MySQL format see below (Excel) • Print entire database – Zip Code • Print entire database – Customer • Delete entire database (all records) (Add “Are you sure you want to delete this entire database: Y/N”) • Import new Excel spreadsheet • Change Admin Password MySQL format should be column headings: ID ZipCode AreaCode City County State Distance Fee Service
