Virtual Reality 3D Project

1. Background
A. It is so unrealistic for us to implement VR only with
3D technology.
B. Even 3D technology shows its works, but it takes too
long time to build it. And the result is not so
satisfied. It gives virtual feeling instead of
realistic feeling.
C. Photos don’t provide a kind of space feeling. But it
gives a reality.

2. Goals
A. Combine 3D and photos inside 3D engine view to
maximize the reality.
B. Use a browser as its 3D client to reduce the
downloading and installing steps.
C. Provide several photos in different point of views to
let the users catch the space feeling.

3. Project Review
A. Implement a big shopping center

4. Scenario
A. Let the users see the outside view of a building
first.
B. Go inside of the building after a click.
C. Show a passage with various fashion shops
D. Give a feeling with a good glass effect and display
of the shops
E. Let them choose several area boxes for real pictures
when the users enter a shop
F. Match the real photos over the 3D VR shop.
G. Popup a window which shows new products on the screen

5. Consideration on the testing stage
A. Choose a 3D engine
B. Post pictures on the 3D engine
C. Try to think of 3D map editor (MODification Editor)

6. Due Date / Budget / Payment Plan
2.5 months / US 6500
US 2000 after 1st demo at the last of the first month
US 2000 after 2nd demo at the agreed moment before the second
month
US 2500 after the last confirmation on the project

7. Bonus and Penalty
US 1000 for bonus if you finish this project a week earlier
Penalty - We will hold the last payment until the project
finishes
