I am looking to create a clone of the housing part of Kijiji.ca

The site will:
be bilingual
Very easy to add a property (1step, no registration needed, only admin validation required)
user will list for free.
New ads displayed in first
Ads will delete after 40 days
User receives an email to post it again.
possibility to feature the ad (light blue) or disply it as a featured listing . for these options, user will pay extra via paypal.

the best way for you to clone this site is to post an ad on kijiji.ca and see the process.
