Description

Looking for a virtual assistant to handle a multitude of functions.

Must be proficient with computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email.
Needs to be accessible via telephone, email and instant messenger.
Needs to be strong in English.
Estimated work time is about 20-30 hours a week.

Tasks will be all over the board. Here are some examples:

Go to a web page and get information from the page and organize it in the way I described.
Perform interenet research.
Post to forums/blogs as needed.
Looking flight/travel information.
Appointment setting.

I am looking to hire this person for a duration at around 6 months. Please sumbit your best MONTHLY wage. I will be looking at your bid as a monthly cost.

Good morning! My name is Kaye. I just moved to Tallahassee a couple of weeks ago. Before that I worked for a Canadian immigration firm based in the Philippines for 5 years in the capacity of a senior client services officer. My primary function was in sales and marketing. As such I managed a lot of client information using MS Word and MS Excel, prepared sales and marketing tools (e.g. creating brochures or flyers using MS Publisher) and can work independently with little or no supervision. Some extra work I did around the office was handling logistics for any out-of-town trips we had, including arranging airline and hotel reservations, setting up appointments and planning activities for our president and senior associates. Our president also gave me some projects that involve a lot of research using Google and other search engines. Why do you want me for the job? November 2, 2009 Project: Virtual Assistant Part A: Having all the required hardware and software for the project. To date I have the following requirements for part A which includes a working HP dual core PC, A PLDT DSL broadband (line) modem and active account, verizon router and voip account which can receive and call out to the United States and Canada, a working Windows XP (Operating System), Microsoft Office 2003 application, a usb noise reducing headset and a yahoo messenger account. Part B. Required trainings and software (downloadable or not)from the employer. As any employer who uses a computer specially those connected to the internet have pools of customers, there must always be a database which is supported by either softwares or hardwares which requires access, must be provided to the the Virtual Agent. In addition basic training must be provided by the employer so that the Virtual Agent can easily grasp the facets of the business. Part C: Multitasking documentation and the core of the job As any agent hired to multitask, it takes patience, perseverance, positive attitude and honesty to complete daily tasks. And as an experienced Call Center Agent one must learn time management, attention to details and discipline to make ends meet thats for the employer, customer and the virtual agent. All of these are not learned thru trainings but thru experience from top caliber Call Centers. I believe I have all of these virtues to meet your requirements below: Accessible via telephone, email and instant messenger Go to a web page and get information from the page and organize it in the way I described. Perform interenet research. Post to forums/blogs as needed. Looking flight/travel information. Appointment setting. The over all cost of the project is $ 200.00 for 30 days Note: As a contingency measure I plan to work more than 5 hours a day to complete all these tasks. I would charge you $375/week which is just about $15/hour at 25 hours a week (even if you need an additional 5 hours I will keep a flat rate of $15/hour for 25 hours).
