Description

A very simple project shouldnt take more than an hour or two. I am wanting a simple webcam program like Yahoo Messenger to chat with my fiance. Yahoo, MSN is fine but connection drops and cams not available. I want a simple messenger type cam program that if connection drops we can still view each others cams without the need to request access similar to yahoo but with yahoo if the cam stops unless the chat window is closed you can not access the cam.
