Description

What I need done:
I need logical powerpoint presentations created for each section of a PDF document on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I then need a screencapture video created of each powerpoint presentation while reading that section out loud. Videos should be delivered 1 per section in 640x480 quicktime format. Please include Powerpoint files as well.

I will Provide:
The PDF document (8 page sample attached)

Specific requirements:
Male voice (author is male) should pass for 30+ age and sound professional. Please provide samples of similar or applicable work including recording of voice.

Timeframe for delivery:
Please deliver videos and PPT files within 1 week of selection
