Description: Looking to create an online video creator similar to http://www.onetruemedia.com.

Currently we use Sony Vegas as an NLE. However, I want this process automated.

I need an interface for users to upload photos change the order in which the photos are displayed, be able to add mp3 or wav for background music AND/OR voiceover, (background music should be a lower level), and possibly (but not necessary, be able to change length of picture (ie. time a picture is displayed), be able to choose a transition (to start a simple fade would be fine), select a pan or zoom feature on slide, Add a title, and eventually the ability to utilize the NLE's transitions or effects.
Once a user has uploaded and arranged their content, the user should be able to render a video available for online viewing.

Currently we STREAM WMV files, but FLV's are ok for downloads...

Additionally, I need to be able to reproduce the user's parameters to burn a dvd if they want to order one at a DVD quality.

I can change NLE's if needed. I can provide server in LINUX or Windows 2003 for development.
