Description

I have a flash video file, which was downloaded from Ustream.tv. Everytime I try to convert the FLV video to Mp3 Audio or other video formats, the file goes to "slow motion" audio at about the 21 minute mark. This is not acceptable.

So, the conversion programs I am using are not working.

I need the FLV to be converted ready to burn to a DVD. I'll download the final file for the DVD and burn it.

I need the FLV to be converted to an Mp3 at 96Kbps and 41,000 Hz

Video size should be so that it plays and looks the best on any tv screen.

I know the audio and video quality on the FLV are not the best, but it's the only video I got, since during the live shoot, we had a power failure and the original presentation file was wiped out.
