Description

I would like someone to convert 5 of my real estate articles into 5 separate powerpoint presentations (article word count: 250 to 500 words). I then need to convert those powerpoint presentations to video with AUDIO narration. It doesn't have to be word for word from the article...it could summarize the main points. The audio must be a mature male or female voice and sound professional. Please provide samples of similar work including recording of voice. Videos created should be compatible with youtube video format.

The Powerpoint should contain relevant real estate photo backgrounds which you will have to provide. I do, however, have one photo of our company logo that I would like included.

I will provide the 5 articles all on the same subject: Real Estate...mostly focusing on flat fee listings.

To sum up, I need to have 5 powerpoint presentation videos (with narration) created.

If project is successful I have many more articles I plan on converting to video so there could be more work.

Timeframe for delivery:
Please deliver videos and Powerpoint files within 1 week of selection

Budget:
This should be a fairly easy project for someone who knows what they are doing. My budget is $50.
