Description

Not sure what this comes under. Have a webcam linked to a website and I want to make it 'stream' or 'flow' easier if possible with addition of software maybe?
Web is http://www.javeanews.co.uk and hit live webcam. Is there some sort of software to make it stream more like video/tv without the jerky refreshing.
