Hello, We have done similar kind of applications. First I want to bring to your notice this is min of 20 days effort required for this kind of work. So the bid is at lower end. I would expect more than the max quote , its negotiable. Need little more information about the app: (1) Is server side web-services are ready? What is the response format (XML or JSON)? (2) What is the protocol used for Video streaming? This is very critical, as iPhone supports only subset of Video protocols. I assume you have some or all of these features on your side (a) Ability to talk to a Video hosting server like: ---- Listing top videos, ---- Searching videos by keyword (b) Handling server responses (typically in XML format) and display the video list in table format (c) Ability to play streaming video with Pause/Stop features (d) Efficient memory handling (e) May be personalized (login-based) options like rating the video, setting as favorites, etc... I think your app is doable and relatively easy. I will get you set up with Apple so that your business can get apps up and make money. The 12 days part of the bid will get you 3-4 hours of my time per day and also guarantees that you will get a well tested, quality app that will sail through the review process. I already have one app on iTunes now, with a couple more in the review queue.

I can do this pretty quickly. As long as your videos are .Mov or another supported filetype by iPhone. I have a Mac so I have xcode and I have an Apple developer account so I can help submit to Apple.
