Based upon the premises that you already have a script and characters, and taking in account the example you provided, our team can provide what you need. Having been in this business for over 19 years I am able to offer more than execution skills. I have directed entire projects from pre production to finishing. As far as I can tell, the example contained more 2.5d animation and compositing, on nicely done matte paintings. The 3d characters and elements where only a few, and they where cleverly integrated in the environment.
