Description: - Complete dialer screens/brief training as described in the Powerpoint presentation.
- Turn up the voice T1 (Expected delivery in 30-45 days); Will be tested with the dialer modifications.
- Configure Trixbox to allow for the (2) 800 toll free numbers to route calls to certain groups of reps.
- Configure Trixbox to email voicemails to people.
- Troubleshoot one Linksys SPA942 phone as calls seem to break up, but only when using that phone. I compared the settings on a known good phone and I cannot find the problem.
- All needs to be completed on/before August 1st.
