Part of the main site need to be translated and be grammatically correct we do not want this done by SOFTWARE!!!
We have found to our cost that many times the software that generates the required language is often not displayed correctly grammar is poor on them ?
And it is important that all know that the work done for each country at a time will be checked before payment is released
this is why we would suggest that the winning bidder breaks this project up into 4 stages hence doing one lot of documentation for each country at a time and we make stage payments to keep this within some criteria that we can both work towards.
