Hi, I am looking for someone who can help me to translate a website from Russia to English.

Page navigation:
Need to create an new directory name "en" and maintain the same page names and page content for each pages.

Quality of translation
Need to can be as good as those provide by Software translation with human corrections. So there's no need for word to word translation in this project.
