I need this page translated into Japanese:

I want a human to do it, not some sort of translation software.

My Japanese partner will proofread it. If It is well done, there may be a couple of more pages to translate, and maybe a couple to translate from Japanese to English.

It seems to me that this could be done professionally for less than $30.
