Description

I have a website content written in English, and I would like it translated to ARABIC. I do not want any automated tool translation. I can do that myself. I also do not want word by word translation. I would like a professional translation.
I am attaching the document that contains the content required translation. I only would like the text highlighted in blue to be translated.
By the way we have ARABIC speaking people that would verify your translation, but we do not have time to do the translation ourselves

This is quick requirement so the quality and turn around time is very important.
My Budget to this project is less than $100.
