Hi, I am an Instructional Designer and have been working in the training arena for the last 5 yrs. I have developed training in multiple languages, Japanese being one of them. I would be keen to work with you on this project. I have conducted several inhouse training sessions in the form of ILT's (Instructor led trainings). I would like to propose a job aid and ppt deskhelp for your emplyoyees which can be used by other emplyoees so you never have to pay for any MS WORD TRAINING after this!! I am not a certified Word trainer but I am a MCP and Six Sigma Certified Black Belt. I live on the East Coast and believe that you can accomplish your task in a more cost effective and "green" way. In addition to having 8+ years experience as a trainer I am also a graduate student studying adult learning concepts. I believe that a live and online training class covering all of your required topics will be just as effective as someone being there in person. You'll need someone who does more than just use Word and other office products on a daily basis (which I do). More importantly, I am a professional trainer who trained people on Microsoft Word on for several years. Need formatting? No problem. There's many ways to format documents in MS Word - most of them are bad. I can show your students how to keep their formatting clean and "tight." In addition, they'll need to know how to write a good "hook." If you don't write an engaging first sentence in your proposal, no one will read it (regardless of how pretty it looks). I'm a little more expensive than other bidders. But if you need quality training, then get someone who can do more than just read the instruction manual aloud to your students. It's better to have someone who really knows what they're doing — someone who can field probing questions and treats your people properly — like intelligent adults.

Hi, I have completed CIC (Certificate in Computing) through IGNOU, New Delhi. Training is my passion. I am working as a trainer for Dot net. I have good working knowledge of MS Word. But if you want me to come over there to your place and teach MS Word, I think we have to do a lot of talking.
