Hello,

I am in the need of someone who can recruit adult webcam models for my studio.


Duties:


- Place classified ads in websites (craigslist, backpage)
- Recruit local talent from your City
- Create a spreadsheet that provides the models private minutes acquired, hours worked, address, payment info, etc.
- Must be able to recruit international talent; mainly focusing on Russia, Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic
- Must be able to recruit at least 50 webcam models in a 1-3 month period

This contract has the option of becoming long-term based on performance.

You will be paid a percentage of the models earnings, bonuses, and your salary requirement. Please note that you will only be paid for your models earnings after they are completely activated with the studio and login to start working.


Please post in your bid or PMB if you have any experience, your salary requirements, and what you plan on doing to recruit the models.

Instead of having you ask about the salary requirement, I am going to list it here.

10 Models Monthly - 10% of the models salary + $10 each
20 Models Monthly - 15% of the models salary + $15 each
30-49 Models Monthly - 20$ of the models salary + $25 each
50+ Models Monthly - 25% of the models salary + $50 each.


The necessary information required from each model is as followed.

A 2257 Compliance Form which will need to be printed, filled out, scanned, and sent to me.

A picture of their face from the neck up, also any pictures to be used on their profile (non-nude).

A scanned picture of their ID card, or their passport.

Models from the USA will need to fill out an additional form.

I have attached a picture of the payrate, and also the 2257 compliance form.


When filling out the form, the models will need to leave the stage name blank, and producers name will need to be filled in as "Eric Keller"


Also if you are bidding please understand that you must know the English language, as it is hard to speak the a project bidder who knows barely any English.
