Hello,

I am looking for someone who can teach how to make bakeries and donuts (raised donuts) and also how to make fresh and good coffee. I am running a bakery store and need someone who is very experienced to guide me for improvements and developments of the business (in both the menu part and the plan of management part). I need to increase the sales, so I would need ideas and suggestions to make a better sale.

Also, I am in need of best cooking course to design some cakes and birthday cakes and any 1 or 2 week course will work (cooking/baking course for the bakery).

If anyone who is not bidding for this project, and would like to suggest me something (like where to find the best coffee and secrets to make fresh and taste coffee, or where to buy best coffee in Australia, please feel free to share them via PM).

Also, I would like to find a cooking course that I can lean how to design cakes and bakeries... in Melbourne, Australia. Anyone knows much about this? Can recommend? Thank you and hope to hear from you.
