Description:	Greetings, My small company is in need of a "virtual accountant" to provide a variety of services. Essentially we do our accounting via "QuickBooks Online" (a watered down version of the real software) The online version is accessible online anyware with an internet connection. I need an accountant who can prepare draft financials (Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) It will be in accordance with US GAAP and there will be 3 different currencies involved (So you must be comfortable with FX translation) We have 2 primary subsidiaries, so this means 2 sets of QuickBooks and a "consolidation" must also be completed. Additional "nice to have" capabilities include 1)Ability to do Black Scholes calculations for "stock based compensation" (Many of our employees are paid in stock which must be accounted for as "non cash compensation") Essentially I will want you to build a worksheet where I can plug in the data and the worksheet spits out the calculations 2)Good excel skills, It would be great if you could do some cost analysis and, break even analysis, payback period and a few other items. 3)Good English skills + patient. I would like this to be an ongoing thing, if you can train me on some of the easier items I can give you other work! If you have other skills like PowerPoint, Photoshop that is useful, so is familiarity with US securities filings such as 10-K and 10-Q 4)An understanding of metals and mining accounting issues
