We are a start up company. I already have virtual staff via various freelance entities and I would like to give another team an opportunity!

Details: We are looking for telemarketers who can work from home. Their accents would need to be neutral (or neutralized). They would be making outbound calls. The calls would be B2B. Your company would be provided a script and a manual. I would need a trial basis of 90 days - commission only with a conversion rate of 80%. I would train the supervisor or lead call rep.

The person would need to be able to communicate after the training via emails and would need to be a self starter.

After the 90 days the individual or call center would get a flat seat rate of $1500.00 per month.

We could discuss benefits after 6 months of being on board.

SKILLS: I need someone who is CONFIDENT about converting and who is CONFIDENT about calling individuals who own a business owner, because we truly have a wonderful service to offer them.

Your company sounds like a company that I am interested in. We are a very reputable company. So if you do not mind, please take a look at this informal interview as it appears below and submit it to me at your earliest convenience via pmb:

Could you please describe your conversion rate of calls to actual sales? Could you also let me know if I would be able to hear a scripted call (recorded) upon hire? Are your reps able to and do they feel comfortable with processing credit card information? Would they mind signing a non-disclosure contract indicating that they would not share information with competiting parties (or ensuring that they are not going to give away credit card information)? Your company would be responsible for inviting business leaders into our exclusive community, are your telemarketing members able to read a manual thoroughly and work independently without constant coaching?
